Refund & Cancellation Policy

At MountainGrill Restaurant, we strive to provide a high-quality dining experience for all our guests. We understand that plans may change, and we have created the following refund and cancellation policy to ensure transparency and fairness for both our customers and our team.


1. Table Reservation Cancellation

  • Cancellation More Than 24 Hours in Advance
    You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled time.

  • Cancellation Within 24 Hours
    Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee, particularly for large group bookings or special events.

  • No-Shows
    Failure to arrive for a confirmed reservation without prior notice may result in a charge or a non-refundable deposit being retained.


2. Event or Group Booking Cancellations

  • Group reservations or private event bookings (6+ people) may require a deposit.

  • Deposits are refundable if cancelled at least 72 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours may result in a partial or full retention of the deposit, depending on the costs incurred.


3. Online Order Refunds

  • Order Errors or Quality Issues
    If your order was incorrect, incomplete, or did not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your food. We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

  • Change of Mind
    Once an online order has been confirmed and food preparation has begun, cancellations or refunds may not be possible.


4. Refund Process

  • All approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are subject to management review and may require proof of issue (e.g., photo evidence for food complaints).


5. Exceptional Circumstances

In the event of unavoidable situations (e.g., extreme weather, emergencies, or public health regulations), MountainGrill Restaurant reserves the right to modify or waive cancellation fees.
